Carol Diaz

Carol Diaz obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California in 1998. She received her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University's School of Law in San Francisco, where she was awarded the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence in Family Law.  She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2003.

Ms. Diaz, who is bilingual in Spanish and English, has served as the president of the Latin American Law Student Association and as a vice president of the Asian Pacific American law Student Association.  She also worked for the Honorable Marjorie Slabach in the Family Law Department of the San Francisco Superior Court.  She is an active member of the Santa Clara Bar Association, where she regularly volunteers for the High School Mock Trial Competition. An associate attorney in the firm, Ms. Diaz practices family law and civil litigation.
